William F. Jolitz

William is founder of Valux and leads fundraising and portfolio management. An investor, entrepreneur and inventor of technologies used today, William handled M&A for companies like Tandem Computers and due diligence for venture firms. William has founded, grown and exited several Silicon Valley based technology companies in systems, enterprise and Internet. William is the inventor of open source Berkeley Unix, the progenitor of iOS, Linux and Android. William holds a Computer Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Valux is located in Los Gatos, California in Silicon Valley and in Boulder, Colorado.
